We provided a full complement of enterprise consultancy services to one of the UK’s leading Value Added Re-Sellers. This involved a series of technical architecture workshops that resulted in the identification of key business drivers and helped to qualify the future business model.
The first formal project was to work on a renewals project for licenses and services to enable a group wide view of renewals. This identified the renewal anniversary end dates and defined the alerting triggers so that renewal dates and opportunities to upsell or cross sell services were not missed.
